Whichever path a Principal prefers, every route ends at the same place: a candidate who’s already been screened, briefed, and cleared.

Interview by the Principal

If the Principal wants to interview directly, we coordinate the date and venue by call, email, or fax — most often with our already-registered candidates — or run a public interview schedule through leading newspapers. It’s the route that wastes the least time for everyone involved.

Proceedings through courier or online

When an in-person interview isn’t required, candidate documents go straight to the foreign Principal by DHL or online, matched directly against the vacancies they’ve announced.

Direct recruitment

For Principals who've worked with us long enough to extend that trust, our team conducts the interviews on their behalf and selects suitable workers for their projects directly.
